I need new tires. I'm looking hard at the Potenza RE960 Pole Position tires. The ratings on tirerack are great, #1 in the Ultra all seasons. Does anyone have experience with them. Current (horrible) tires are RE92s... I want a stiffer side wall for sure, better treadware rating too, but still have decent performance.

Anyone have comparable suggestions to the 960s?

400 TWR, 40k miles (per TireRack)
ZR speed rating
total package on all four shipped = $545
