But all this that you guys are talkin about will require more than just one person. For instance if someone has beef with someone, they will bring a group of people, one person can't do anything, there needs to be a selected team that will make sure that everything is safe for everyone else, but there also needs to be someone leading that group, or what you can do, is make everyone sign a paper indicating so no horseplaying, fighting, or racing in the parking lot, sort of like an oath, and if violated suspended or band from the parking lot.
