That's what I thought when I was looking for a house, but I ended up finding one that I can rent. I'm just not ready to buy a house yet, and if you seen my house you'll never believe what I pay a month for it. Just look around bro, not everyone out there is looking to rip you off. There's alot of people who have houses they bought 10 years ago when it was still affordable, and will rent them out for a decent price. Then there's the assholes that pay 600/month for mortgage, and still want to turn around and rent them for over 1500/month. In my opinion that's not fair, but it makes money.
