A 10 is a pretty quick pass in a street-driven vehicle. Obviously the faster you get the more it takes to shave off just a couple of 10ths of a second. It's alot easier to drop from the 14's in the 13's than to go from 10's into the single digit range. So i'm sure unless the car is overhauled and modified strictly for track use(especially adressing traction issues) it wont break out of the 10's regardless of a few extra 100 HP.
I don't know much about Supras though so i'm sure one of the Toyota guys will show me a street driven-single digit Supra, essentially shining a spotlight on the ignorance of my previous statement.
