no, its most likely not installed wrong....
because you would def know if it was off 1 or 2 teeth...
and it was too tight you would know it also..it would whine really loud
(like a supercharger)
what brand belt did you use? because if its just an el'cheapo belt you may be getting some stretching...
also crank pulley and accessory belts on and properly functioning?
