Default Re: Does anyone in the area do Parkour?

i got bored yesterdat when i was working at the y and tried doing some stuff. i was able to wall jump on to a beam then scurry up teh beam pretty fast but iw as to scared to jump off and grab another pipe. lol it took me a while to learn to grip the beam off the wall jump. i realized that i dotn have that much stamina cuz i started gettin tired after the 6th try or so lol.

in any event keep in touch. i wouldnt mind getting together and trying some stuff

but yea parkour is more speed and efficiency and free running is more elegance. read up on sebastein foucan and david belle.
