The problem is nobody can satisfy customers these days. You work on someone's car and you own it. I could change someone's air filter and they are calling me the next day wanting to know how their axle broke.

People's ideas of good customer service these days are free shit, miracle cures for half price, and sponsership with no return. It's just not possible to keep everyone happy and still turn a profit, because everyone refuses to be happy unless they get a hookup.

I've never heard nothing but good things about RJ and the time i met him he seemed pretty cool, I think i met another guy from there once before too and he seemed pretty cool. As someone else who works in the industry and knows a lot of people in the industry I guess it's just a lot easier for me to see it from the other side.
