dude the same thing happened to me i was on I64 by the Hampton roads center prkyway exit and i seen a trooper between the median so i slowed down and somehow i still manged to be doin 81 in a 55 that was soooooo gay. he even checked under my car to make sure my exhaust was legal and he walked all the way around my car to make sure everything was legal......... what a dick
