A valve cover gasket is a good start, but you will also need spark plug tube seals. This normally fixes the problem but there are some instances where you need to replace the o-rings that are on the bottom side of the rocker arm assembly because just like any other rubber seal, they get hard and brittle and tend to break which will cause oil to seep into those spark plug tubes.
