You actually have to unbolt it from the seat itself. Start by removing plastics then the hooks or plastic clip on the lower part of the back rest so you can fold back the cloth then you should be able to push the cushion out of the way to get to the bolts holding everything together. Or you can stop by my house and I can show you 358-4350, I'm in Newport News also!
