Yea, so I took a managers position about 2 months ago and since then have successfully taken a 15% paycut for doing my old job while simultaneously taking on the added responsibility of playing babysitter at the same time. Fuck me
That sucks. Sometimes you think you are moving up and doing the right thing and you get hit. I am happy just being a service writer and making enough money to not wanna change positions.
