Thanks guys. I'm going to try and pull it apart before the summer is out to see what happened in there. as far as the engine is concerned its only a $500 engine, no huge loss there. I really hope that my pistons and rods are salvageable. When i rebuilt the engine i used the rod bearings from the old engine in the rebuild i believe that was my mistake. oh well no sense beating myself up over this......who knows maybe something good will come out of this.....b16? What sort of boost can a stock b16 handle safely?
