When I got home to the car (had mobile service done), the moulding had not been replaced and was actually in worse shape than before. My car was covered in tiny pieces of rubber sealant from where they cut the old windshield out. And they broke the rearview mirror, to which they cleverly tried to glue it back onto the mounting bracket. Plus there is about a 3 inch long smear of glue coming down from the bracket itself where the glue ran down.
I called and filed my complaint and the manager is supposed to call me in the morning. Should I insist on having the mirror fixed at a third party shop and have Diamond cover the cost? I want them touching my car as little as possible now, but obviously they will have to to replace the moulding. And to think, I left the guy a $10 tip...
is this the place off of rosemont?
