that is one of the easiest cars anyone could ever put a glass in. that guy and anyone else who works for diamond is unskilled and untrained.
never let the following shops touch your car
safelite
diamond
glass masters.
with all the other shops its hit or miss, most installers are untrained uncertified amatures who think its an easy way to make money.
if you lived in richmond i would do it for you for only the material costs because i feel bad for you getting screwed by these guys.
gl and be firm with them and and make them pay for anouther shop to do it right with all new mouldings,glass, clips etc.
