the damn thing was lowered, had wider tires on the rear... and the tires were way too small for the friggin huge wheels he had, which stuck out a good 4-6" past the fender. is this a new ricer fad or is he just a complete moron? it was a newer blue jetta in case anyone else spots it. i was near GMU when i saw it.
