Yeah, I just don't see the one for failure to signal being for small stupid shit like switching lanes without signaling (when theres no traffic). Now if you cause an accident or you just cut someone off in heavy traffic then you should get fined. People piss me off all the time doing that. The consequence probley depends on the severity of the offense. Lets hope so anyways.
