Default Room for rent in a house. VA Beach.
A medium size room in a two story house with garage and backyard. Located in RockCreek Loop neiborhood across from TCC campus(walking distance)
rent is 425 plus utilities. Utilities end up beeing ~150 and include everything there is such as water, cable tv/internet,electrical,sanitation.
