I believe these are quite common around any structures around the CBBT.
Yes sir, thats a nice 1.. I caught 1 a hair smaller then that last night off Seagull peir..

And this 64lber was caught right next to me Saturday morning.. Took him almost 2 hours to get him on the pier from the time he hooked it..
