we have an events section for this very reason....
but i have thrown a couple large car meets... and instead of having people pay money and you buying a shit ton of food and losing out....
make a list of people who is coming or people that say they are coming... and make a few people each responsible for bringing certain items...
this way:
no one has to PAY to get into a car meet.
you dont lose out on a crapload of money
it makes it alot better.
