Are you talking about the logo like this? I use VB3 dark, but I know regular VB3 has the banner up top with the state.



If so just save it. Upload it somewhere (photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc) then go to whatever section you want it in and use this:

Obviously, you need to replace the url, but keep the quotation marks.
