You need to get as much of the water out as possible so you wanna disconnect the fuel pump and pull the plugs and crank (make sure all the plugs are out). Keep doing this until your confident most the water is out. Also pull your intake off when you do it b/c the intake may still have water drops in it. Leave your intake in a dry area to let it completely dry out and wipe it down with a dry rag. Its advisable to do all this in a very sunny area so the sun can dry up all the excess water. When you think you've dried out the cylinders put a drop of oil in each one, replace the plugs, put the intake back and try to start it. Anytime you think you've hydrolocked a motor it is advisable to pull the plugs right then and there; when you push the car or try to tow it alot of times the crank moves causing the water to get compressed which can cause damage; without the plugs the water will just shoot out of the cylinders and won't become compressed.
