Seriously?

I would treat downtown Newport News like downtown Baghdad. Busting in doors, confiscating illegal weapons, pulling criminals out of their houses at 3AM and carting them off to jail.

It's not a race issue, it's a class issue. It just so happens that in Newport News, the majority of the stupid lazy class is black.

As far as I know, Norfolk doesn't have any more projects. Projects are government owned housing for low-income tenants. There is no rent and there is only a supervisor as opposed to a landlord.
