Look up the fucking ADA act. I am sorry you feel there are too many handicap spots but the number of spots is determined by federal law. Just because you haven't seen someone get out of a car and into a wheelchair doesn't mean they don't exisit. You are also a self centered bastard if you think someones right should be taken away because they have a disability and you don't feel like walking a little further to the store.
