This should really be a lesson for people to not use these parking spaces.A friend of mine a while ago used his moms conversion van to go to the mall.She had the hp sign,so he thought it would be ok to park closer to the mall.Well just because he had the sign and used the spot didn't get him out of the ticket.So don't use someone else's ride to get that closer parking spot,it might not work all the time.
I am assuming by your "friend" you mean yourself and the "conversion van" was actually your MKV, since those things look like fat little pigges.
