not really!! its more of a personal choice. the cop has to have probable cause in order to ask for a search any way. irratic driving is reason enough,but the guy was obviously being a douche bag. i have told cops numerous times to get their fucking arm and flashlight out of my car unless they have a warrant to search it. i know my rights and i exercise them regularly. if you let them intimidate you once,it will never stop.
