Its impossible to work 10+ hour days + spend 10+ hours searching fourms to take care of business that was setup to do by Email. I used to have a phone line setup for the "REAL ASAP questions" but that got WAY out of hand. I had people calling 20-30 times a day and I spent most of the day and night on the phone with people who just wanted to chit chat or find out what i had for lunch.
