That was never my arguement...People just fail to read details...I wasnt trying to stop it...or say to not do it...i said, that it is illegal, and if you get caught...you deserve the punishment. The majority of roads in the US have people that travel on them at some time or another, you can never say that no one will drive on it...because you cant be 100% certain of that. And of course people die on the track...people die whenever high speeds are involved...my point was that a track is a controlled environment, that gives you a much better chance than a regular road. Look up statistics on deaths caused by street races, and deaths on a track. That would be a good arguement. Showing me links to sites that say people die on a track is like me throwing out a pamphlet saying people who have sex can get pregnant...no shit.
