You can't have coil over springs that drop down when you raise the car up. It doesn't matter how low it is, as long as it isn't scraping and as long as they can raise it up, but you better be aware, they will check your shit MORE thouroughly if they have to do that to ensure you didn't half ass shit. I work at a shop, with state inspections haha.
