He says hes pushing upgraded twins, 450RWHP, but my friends single cam civic with i/h/e, Skunk2 ECU (note: not a custom tune), and Skunk2 Intake manifold was only behind 1 car when they ran on Jefferson. He lives in Port Warwick, so hes usually seen driving like a fucking fool on Jefferson. And his parents paid for all of it, almost positive it was bought like that.
