This is what was recieved by e-mail:
"If you would like to change the name and responsibility on the account
you will need to complete a Transfer of Service. For your convenience I
have listed the number to the department that handles this procedure.
You can transfer the financial or billing responsibility of your account
to another party by completing a Transfer of Service and this process
can now be completed over the phone. A credit evaluation must be
performed on the new customer, and a deposit may be required. Once the
deposit is paid (if required) and the transfer is complete, the billing
name and corresponding information is changed.
Please call the transfer of service department at: 1-877-707-9204
Financial responsibility for the account will remain in the existing
customer?s name until approval of the prospective customer?s
application."
If you are verified, with good credit, then we can continue the transfer.
