Yes that is my next course of action although it was a debit card i have to go to the bank, Now what im hearing is theat paypal will be giving him a fine and taking him off ebay, Then the bank will be the one who will take legal actions, But i dunno im still kinda lost on all the different info i keep hearing, This is my last step and i believe the best and right way to go about this, next time i will make sure i will use a credit card.
