Dunno who you talked to, there are a few 'owners.' Chris knows his restaurant though so if you talked with any of the guys who actually
run the place (ie not just investor~owner) then you probably would have had a diff impression. We go and just blow up over the apps. Order a bunch (skewers are the deal) and a bottle of wine and we're set. Antipasta table is great too.
