i think this was mentioned awhile ago, but just to update. as i was leavin the movies i saw a black civic one of those si models that everyone has with the license plate "bucky si". there was a cop sittin in it, so as im assuming this might be that cop thats in the civic that races people then gives them tickets. its lowered with gray rims, a spoiler, dark tint with some stickers on the window....just keep a heads up for this car because its a cop, just didnt want nobody to do anything stupid and get arrested. peace.
