Not that much really. That V12 is solid, as long as u didnt miss the regular servicing it'll be fine.
You may be suprised to know that the straight 6 bmw engines of the 90s actually require more maintenance than the 12.

The only thing to watch and possibly be concerned about with the 7s is electronics.
