Private property only applies if you are in a fenced in yard. If you have no fence around your front yard, you are "technically" in public view. I know it's stupid but my neighbor across the street from me called the cops because me and my bro were drinking on the front porch. The cop explained it to me in detail. ya i got all that but there is no law about unopend alcohol theres a sub law thing that says i can transport it as long as its unopen
