We used to lay on our backs and we had a partner stand over us and we dropped the medicine ball onto our stomachs to harden are abs for kicks... i couldnt sit up or move for weeks. I was 10 doing this... I think she might have kicked him too hard there is no doubt and frankly thats just stupid on her part to even do that. But...... I can see where she and the kid were coming from. It was a stupid idea of a "challenge" on her part and the 11 year old is stupid for letting himself get kicked 200 times to the point of internal bleeding.
