Keagan's is alright, Irish themed place but you would never know. Waitresses wear catholic school girl style skirts so thats a plus I guess. Its just up the way like 3 lights past Wal-mart heading towards Denbigh. The Sandbar is on J. Clyde across from Lazy Days hookah lounge if I'm not mistaken. You can get your inner redneck on there and hang out with people from Ft. Eustis. Those are within 5-10 mins of Kingstowne.
