first question is im not looking to really rev more than stock
will a new type r or gsr valvetrain be reliable or do i need to upgrade?

2. what injectors will be suitable for this build. are there any cars that i can swap from
3.what is a good setup for rods/pistons using stock (ctr/itr/gsr) parts?
4. to do the conversion do i need an obdo pr3 harness?
5. as for tuning if I go chrome, do i need a chip and where can i get that?
I think thats all ive got right now
First, injectors,if your going to do all this and tune,id go with aftermarket injectors, if funds allowed this. It give you room to grow in the future. Stock injectors will get you to 200whp,but its not to much farthur from there that your entering their limit zone.
Next, like was said before, use your LS rods. You have to if your useing the LS crank. Now if you can get your hands on some CTR pistons,id go for them first, then itr. If your looking to get 200whp,CTR's are the way to go,ITR's could get you there, but it'll be alot harder, and gsr's wont get you there.
Next,i think other guy answered this one pretty much.
Finally,Yes you need a chipped ECU to run any form of standalone management. There are places online where you can send your ECU to them to get chipped. if you need addresses,PM me
