i'll just have to get used to it.my old turbo made full boost(12lbs)by around 2,000RPMs.but,it stopped making power at about 6800RPMs at 10psi
most of the turbo Hondas i've owned or built have used smaller, more streetable turbos,so this will definitely be different.
this engine i can rev up to 10k if needed, and i'll probably limit it to 20ish psi on the stock sleeves.the next block(sleeved,84ish mm bore, maybe bigger-not sure yet)that i'm starting on after i get the car running again on the current build won't be able to rev as high, but will hopefully give me more out of boost power and spool a little sooner.

A 35r will def not taper off at 6800 as you know, it will pull to your 10k redline I'm sure depending on the turbine housing/ cams/ and intake manifold your running.

I'm sure the increased lag will help out a little bit but once it fully spools is the problem.

I never understood why honda guys always went ginormous on the turbo and run 7 psi. Why not just mount up a small 14b/ 16g if possible, or t25/t28 gt28 until they are able to support a larger turbo, and higher boost pressures. My 14b pulled hard for what it was, netted me some 7.90's and 8.0's on pump gas. Now 3rd gear wasn't as fun but the car was very torquey.
