"Budget" and "Billet" don't go in the same sentence unless it is "I have no budget for billet rods." Just get the Scat rotating assembly and use it if you are staying NA. While not the best materials, they will do what you want. I run Scat forged I beam rods in my car and they are advertised to 700 hp.
Yeah, i found that out after doing some research. I plan on getting alot of stuff off of e-bay because I am finding some quality stuff for less than what I would normally pay full retail. That and My buddy has a hookup at MAS racing in norolk
