I doubt she'll be fucked... she'll be cited for speeding, or careless driving and her insurance will pick up the tab for the property damage to the Lotus and F-150, and then her bodily injury coverage will kick in for the injuries.

Her rates will go up and she'll get some tickets... not like she's going to jail or anything.
