Experience with getting a bad motor from an importer happens since they are pulled out of cars in a junk yard that have been sitting for well over a decade. The best any importer can do is allow you to exchange motors or pull parts off of their inventory to make your motor complete, and both JEI and Noyan offers them.

I kno ppl that go there all the time for parts. The guys that work there are nice guys and easy to work with. I'd go there if i wanted some JDM motor.
