its defiitely clean, but i personally wouldnt do it, mainly cause its a stock dx, but if your wanting a reliable daily driver with no mods that will last you another 10 years than go for it, but you can find newer cars like integras or other civics with more miles of course, but all the creature comforts for less then that. and you can rebuid a motor for rather cheap if it needs to be.
