Default some fab work today

Shitty day out today and had some time on my hands. With being off on the holiday season(I still need a job, just recovered from a bike wreak) I decided to make a 3" inch down pipe and 38mm wastegate dump tube today on my friends car.

Adjective:
-Fab up a down pipe that had good ground clearance(car will be slamed)

-Have the cut out with the best ground clearance.

-Have good clearance with the oil pan

-Have the dump tube where it doesn't cover most of the goodies(big turbo for street car-sorry can't give out spec on turbo size and motor set up).

-Every thing will be stainless steel.

-Every thing will be nice and clean in side in out, all pieces that were cut was then cleaned, beveled, ported out,and etc-pretty much same way intercooler piping are mind.

-Just some thing nice

This is how it worked out for my firends car at VIP tinting and detailing.

(I didn't make the cut out) for got to put the before picture of the dump tube.

The application

Tigging

o2 bung(would of welded the o2 bung farther up but, that was the only best spot to but it because of the cut out clearance and the half shaft)

Last tacking

finished
