putting on the timing belt is simple.

Set the pistons to TDC and and cams to where the arrow on the cam gears points up. the best way to make sure the cam gears don't move is to put a pin (read screw driver, punch, etc) in the hole so they don't move. Loosen the tensioner and put on the belt. Tighten tensioner until there is about 1/4 to 1/2 in of play.
