That should do it. Keep the appearance tasteful. The only people who won't laugh at halo headlights, lambo doors, and altezza tails are other clueless people who have the same things. You sound like a nice enough guy, but I draw the line at poor taste. The hood I omitted because little style scoops just make things look tacky. I understand that there is probably a lot of similar mod'ing going on in the Cobalt community, and I can't understand why people still do things that were considered poor taste (and out of fashion) 10 years ago. Keep it clean, simple, and tasteful, and it will always stay current.
