I have a small warehouse available that is approx 5000 sq feet. Its got bathrooms, good sized dj booth, secure gated parking, ect. perfect for a large party or many other events. Typical Rates:
-Day use: Classes, Reception, or any use that only requires use during the day inside of 12 hrs. $200
-Night Use: Say for a party or live entertainment witch typicaly requires lenghty setup and cleanup allows a 24 hr use. $500

Rates can vary depending on your use / needs. discount for repeat use is available (monthly, weekly, ect)
