Its not just about a place and time for meets, set-up meets happen all the time, you just have to put forth the effort and time to find out about them. What I think the OP was trying to get at was richmond scene from 2-3 summers ago. People would come every fri-sat from nova, fred, the bay, shit was awesome. Its dead now and doubt its ever coming back to what it was back than.
i could be like this again.....i mean....it doesnt matter where its at....as long as it happens like that again.......sweet cars, lots of people and lots of races.
