the person i bought the car from bought the car from someone else and they did what they needed to do on the title. he put his name on the printed side of the title and he never signed it. he sold me the car and never transfer the title so i can have a clean title. thats it. He said if i had any problems he will help me fix it but i guess he lied if his name wasnt on the printed side i would be able to transfer it. he is not answering my pm nor calls so i am out of luck with the car
