You damn well know that even if you did pull out a firearm on someone, you wouldn't shoot! You would aim it and hope they run, So you could run inside and jump on vadriven and brag about how you scarred off theives. Wow, that's 2 240's that this has happened too and you both watched the guys inspect your car! You could have beat the shit out of the guy and the cops would have not cared due to him being on your property and don't say it can't happen because it has happened at my house and the cops arrested "him" due to trespassing and the cop told me that since he was trespassing he wasn't going to get me for assault.
